METAL MACE FLOW returns for Volume 5.

Release collective RAGE while moving your body with intention and POWER all while listening to classic Metal/Punk/Emo hits.

Steel Mace Flow is an intentional practice of flowing and breathing through choreographed sequences all while being challenged by the offset nature of the steel mace. Channel your inner Warrior and harness the benefits of strength, mobility and coordination. This is an all-levels experience with no prior steel mace training required.
