Join us for our monthly Meditation for Kids class and enjoy a precious opportunity to slow down and connect as a family. This gentle series of parent-child Buddhism classes is designed to bring families together in cultivating kindness, compassion, and wisdom. By exploring simple Buddhist teachings — such as loving-kindness, patience, and cherishing others — you and your child will learn practical, positive methods to build a warm, peaceful and wise heart.

What to Expect:

• Shared Activities: Children and parents do all activities side-by-side. Each class is self-contained and includes:

1. Gentle, guided meditations
2. Simple Buddhist stories and teachings
3. Fun activities such as storytelling, games, and creative artwork
4. Discussions relevant to everyday experiences

Note that it is compulsory for all children who are attending to be accompanied by a parent, and for parents to be involved in the class. Spaces are limited to 8 children per class so please book early if you wish to attend.

Class Fee: $18 per child (parents attend free of charge)
