Description

Floating Sound Bath

A floating sound bath combines a feeling of sensory deprivation and sound healing. This serene experience promotes deep relaxation, reduces anxiety, stress and enables a clear and calm mind.

Lay there floating effortlessly in a relaxing space, whilst being surrounded by calm and soothing sounds from our crystal bowls and other instruments. The vibrations from the instruments amplify through the water, allowing the effects on the body to deepen, promoting physical and emotional wellbeing.

A floating sound bath recharges the mind, body and spirit as well as offering a greater sense of serenity.

There are safety, weight and health restrictions explained below in attendee instructions and attached policies. Please read carefully prior to booking.

Due to the use of floating beds all participants should adhere to weight limits set for hammocks or floating devices (commonly 200 lbs/ 15st max).

We will have everyone poolside and loading onto beds with assistance at 3.30pm, start at approx 3.45pm and allow a few minutes to swim in the vibrational waters after we finish the soundbath at approx 4.45pm.
