About This Event

A slow, supportive yoga therapy space for women seeking rest, regulation, and connection in a safe, nurturing circle.

Class Overview

This Lunar Yoga Therapy Sister Circle is a slow, supportive, and restorative group experience designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and meaningful connection among women.

The class is offered both in person and online (via Zoom), allowing women to join locally or from anywhere in the world while remaining connected to the same lunar rhythm and therapeutic container.

Important Preparation Note

Because this is a yoga therapy–informed class, all first-time participants are required to complete a brief 15-minute intake call with Nahal prior to attending.
This is a standard yoga therapy practice and ensures that the class can be prepared safely and appropriately for your body.

The intake call is scheduled after registration and ideally takes place about one week before the class, allowing time for thoughtful preparation.
Once you’ve completed this intake one time, you do not need to repeat it for future classes.

Unlike a typical yoga class, this offering is guided through a yoga therapy lens. Rather than teaching a fixed sequence, the class is prepared in response to the bodies and needs of those attending. The practice is adapted thoughtfully so that each participant can feel safe, supported, and included — even when everyone’s body looks different in the room.

The New Moon and Full Moon are used as natural rhythm points for the practice. These lunar phases offer powerful moments for pausing, integrating, and reflecting — allowing the body and nervous system to settle within a wider cyclical context.

This Sister Circle is especially supportive for women who:

  • feel overwhelmed or unsafe in fast-paced or performance-based yoga classes
  • are navigating injuries, surgeries, chronic pain, illness, or heightened sensitivity
  • need more options, modifications, and permission to rest
  • are seeking genuine connection rather than comparison

No prior yoga experience is required.
What is required is willingness, readiness, and openness to slow down.

This class is not about flexibility or achievement.
It is about listening, regulating, and resting together.

This is a restorative yoga therapy class that uses supportive props.
Full preparation and prop details will be shared after registration.

Pricing & Accessibility

A typical yoga therapy group class is often priced between $40–$60.

Because this Sister Circle is centered on building a sustainable, supportive community of women, the base price for this class has been intentionally reduced.

  • Suggested rate: $25
  • If you are able and feel resourced, you are welcome to contribute more
  • If $25 is a stretch for you right now, you are welcome to offer less

No explanations are required.
You are trusted to choose what feels right for you.
