Japanese Tea & Matcha: From Leaf to Cup with SANS & SANS
Join us in this one-hour tea workshop. We will explore Japanese tea from origin to cup preparation. This is an occasion to taste a selection of different styles and learn what makes each one of them unique (cultivars, leaf processing and grading).
You will also learn how to brew the teas at home or in a professional setting, and also the whisking technique to prepare matcha, so you can enjoy the best cup of tea.
