WOMEN’S CIRCLE
Celebrate International Women’s Day
WHEN: Sunday, 8 March | 10:00 – 13:00
WHERE: The Art & Spirituality Centre
WITH: Cori from KOA
An opportunity to come together as women to:
- Connect, co-regulate and empower one another
- Move, share and celebrate your strength
- Be in choice, fully present and intentional
- Feel heard, seen and witnessed
TOGETHER WE RISE
A supportive, welcoming , trauma informed space for women to gather, honour themselves and support each other.
Suggested donation £10-£20 or pay what you can:This is to cover room costs. Any extra will be donated to The Art & Spirituality Centre to support the amazing work they do.
All women are welcome. Spaces are limited – join us!
