Earn CE credits through two engaging sessions designed for today’s real estate professionals, including a mandatory Agency & Law core class covering RELRA, disclosure, and fiduciary duties, and an elective “ResiMercial Revolution” course exploring the growing crossover between residential and commercial management models. Our instructor is Fred Buehler - broker-owner, producer, trainer, frequent Triple Play speaker and President-Elect of the Gloucester Salem Board of Realtors.

Lunch is included, and the day concludes with an Industry Happy Hour open to agents, investors, developers, architects, designers, and lenders—bringing together professionals from across our regional real estate ecosystem to network, exchange ideas, and unwind.
