When & Where

The 2026 Eurovent Annual Meeting will take place on 20-21 May 2026 in the Warwick Grand-Place Brussels (Rue Duquesnoy 5, 1000 Bruxelles).

Guests can already book their hotel rooms via this link. Hotel rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis until 07 April 2026.

Ticket information

Price 230,00 EUR (incl. taxes, excl city tax)

Includes:

• Meeting facilities and refreshments, coffee break, snacks and beverages on both meeting days
• Breakfast on Thursday
• Lunches on both meeting days
• Policy Hour on Wednesday
• Networking dinner on Wednesday
