EPIC Diabetes Conference 2026

We invite you to join us for the 9th annual EPIC (Empowering Patients for Individualized Care) Conference. EPIC which is presented by the Children’s Diabetes Foundation offers an opportunity to learn about caring for type 1 and type 2 diabetes in a comfortable, understanding, and welcoming environment. EPIC combines diabetes education with community connections. Diabetes specialists will be stationed in each room to provide presentations.
