About This Event

Learn about the science, techniques and ethics used by professional archaeologists.

Archaeology Month. Learn about the science, techniques and ethics used by professional archaeologists with this fun, hands-on lesson! Students will partake in a mock dig with professional archaeologists.

Aurora History Museum's 2-hour Homeschool program is aimed at elementary students and their parents. Each month will have a new theme with several educational opportunities for students. Work with museum professionals and educators to expand on your homeschool curriculum.

Location: Delaney Farm Historic Distric, Ed Barn

Aurora, Colorado 80012

Cost: $8 per student - includes one adult - adult must be present for program.
Aurora History Musuem and Aurora Musuem Foundation members receive a distount to this price - please contact us for instructions.

Only paid, ticketed students will be able to participate in activities and crafts. Please sign siblings up as "non-participating" after entering the number of students.
