DisruptHR is a global movement with over 150 chapters worldwide, but each city brings its own flair. After several years of silence, DisruptHR returns to San Diego on Thursday, April 23rd – revived, reimagined, and elevated into a full-scale community experience.

Get inspired by bold voices at Quartyard, with a lineup of curated speakers delivering 5-minute TED-style talks, and slides that auto-rotate every 15 seconds.

We’re bringing together visionary HR professionals, C-suite executives, innovative people leaders, and the best business minds for a night designed to spark new thinking and real change in how we work and lead.

The experience is designed for connection as much as content, with time to engage for community connection and thoughtful networking. The night doesn’t end when the talks do. Stay for DisruptHR After Dark, where the real conversations continue with music, drinks, and intentional connection.
