Join us for an in-person session of pure bliss combining Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, and Sound Meditation. This flow is all about awakening your inner goddess, boosting your glow, and leaving you refreshed and centered. Perfect for all levels, come ready to move, breathe deeply, and soak in the healing vibes. Let’s flow, breathe, and shine together!

📍 We meet in front of Wonderland/ Life Guard station in Ocean Beach. Contact me on my instagram and check my story for video instructions. Look for sound bowls and yoga mats!

Join Sculptuary for a sunset movement and mindfulness experience in Ocean Beach focused on divine feminine power. This class is designed to help you strengthen your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself as the sun sets over the ocean.

The flow begins with a quick yoga warm-up to open the body and build heat, followed by a Pilates-inspired sculpt sequence focused on strength, tone, and confidence. We’ll then transition into calming yoga stretches to slow the nervous system and release tension.

To close, you’ll be guided through intentional breathwork and a guided meditation, followed by a chakra-focused sound bath centered on sacral chakra for release and activation. We’ll finish with journaling and reflection so you leave feeling grounded, clear, and renewed.

✨ Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a light layer. You’re welcome to bring a blanket or pillow to get comfortable during the meditation and sound bath, and your journal if you’d like.
