About This Event

Master the art of a highly decorative pie crust, while learning extra special decorating techniques and a delicious filling.

Master the art of detailed decorative pies with Natalie Popkave of Bee & the Baker in this comprehensive 4-hour session. In this workshop you’ll craft your very own Chocolate Yuzu pie. You’ll learn the secrets to flaky pie dough, make a zesty and luscious filling, and design a custom top crust. Instead of traditional lattices, we’ll explore intricate scoring and cutting techniques to create delicate, edible scenes.

Bring sketches or ideas if you’d like—templates will be available, but creativity is encouraged. By the end, you’ll head home with your own showstopper pie to celebrate Pi Day, along with the skills and recipes to keep making pies that wow.

No refunds for this class, but you can give your ticket to a friend or family member if you cannot use it.
