About This Event

Master the art of pâte sucrée - the sweet, delicate pastry dough for fruit, cream and custard tarts.

Master the art ofpâte sucrée with Jasmin Bell Smith of Bells Pastries in this comprehensive 4-hour session. You will learn how to make, bake and beautifully fill this delicate pastry shell.

You will create fruit and meringue tarts from scratch. We will guide you through making the pâte sucrée tart shells, vanilla pastry cream, and lemon curd.

Every participant will leave with a variety of tarts and step-by-step instructions to replicate the process at home.

No refunds for this class, but you can give your ticket to a friend or family member if you cannot use it.
