DAS REFUGIUM invites you to step out of the everyday and into a refined weekend devoted to movement, strength, stillness and conscious pause — held across two full days in the heart of the city.

Across more than 700 m² of light-filled studio space, the weekend unfolds as a carefully curated journey.
Over 40 yoga and pilates sessions are woven into a balanced rhythm designed to energise, ground and restore — creating space for both physical depth and mental clarity.

The experience is intentionally designed to be lived as a full weekend.

HOW IT WORKS

All sessions take place in parallel.

You can:
• Pre-select your sessions in advance
• Adjust your schedule spontaneously (subject to capacity)
• Take breaks whenever you need

This is not a retreat with a fixed schedule — it’s an open, flexible format designed around your energy and intention.
