DAS REFUGIUM invites you to slow down and immerse yourself in a refined two-day experience held within one of Copenhagen’s most thoughtfully designed spaces.

Across two full days, yoga and pilates sessions unfold in a balanced rhythm — energising, grounding and restorative.
The experience is designed to support both physical clarity and mental ease, creating space to reconnect with the body and settle the nervous system.

The weekend is intentionally conceived as a shared, immersive journey.

Sessions take place across multiple studios within the venue, allowing the day to flow organically between movement, rest and integration.
The final session schedule and timetable will be shared ahead of the weekend.

Guests are accompanied by carefully integrated details throughout the experience:
a seasonal, fully vegan lunch by The Lab Kitchen,
daily premium matcha by TRADER,
a curated goodie bag featuring selected lifestyle brands,
