Join us for Birth Stories and Baby Body Language to share, learn, and meet up with other lovely mums

Birth Stories and Baby Body Language

Join Helen in person in a gentle safe gathering where she will listen to your experiences of pregnancy and giving birth. Often mums have had challenges during these times and have not had a chance to process all that has happened.Telling these stories and having them heard and acknowledged by Helen and the other mums often brings great relief and healing.

She will also invite you to explore the beautiful world of Baby Body Language where you can see what your baby is communicating through their body and hand movements. Mums will learn how to support their babies at home when they are telling their little stories.

Share you experiences with other mums and please feel free to have gran/nana or granny there also to join in. (no extra cost for the grannies)

Helen Carberry (BCST) is a qualified CraniosacralTherapist and Integrative Baby Practitioner with 8 years experience of working with Parents and Babies. She holds a very safe and empathetic space for experiences to be shared and has heard lots of birth stories and has supported parents and babies on this new journey.
