Craniosacral Therapy Group for Mums and Babies

Welcome to  Mum and Baby Craniosacral Therapy group. Join Helen  at the Castleknock Community Centre in Dublin 15.

This class is for new mums and babies (pre crawling) to come and take some time for themselves. To Rest, to breathe, to heal.

Helen will hold a safe , confidential space for mums to share any challenges they might have had along the pregnancy Journey and through the birth.

She will start with a short meditation to settle and offer some gentle hands on Craniosacral Therapy during the class to mum and Baby. Babies often like to communicate their experience of womb life and birth through their body language.

Classes will be small so there will be plenty of space and time for everyone..
