About This Event

Pop down to your local People Planet Pint meetup to find more about what's going on locally with sustainability and how you can get involved.

No pitches, powerpoints or panels. Just People, Planet, Pint/s.

Your local meetup is a great place to start your journey or continue learning, and meet diverse people to chat about life and how we can sustain it. Every job is a climate job, so come along and learn about how you can take action, as well as what is going on locally.

We welcome everyone, regardless of their experience or background. People Planet Pint is a space where everyone can feel comfortable learning about sustainability and sharing their ideas.

Afterall, creating a sustainable future requires connected communities. And what better way to bring everyone together than over a drink?

Your Volunteer Hosts

Kai Kaldewaaij is the founder of Weideheuvel Coaching, where he works with purpose-driven leaders and teams navigating change. His coaching supports people to lead with clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to the systems they’re part of—whether that’s their organisation, community, or the planet. With a background in corporate law and the humanities, and a career across four continents, Kai brings a grounded, global perspective to sustainable and regenerative leadership. He’s based at Weideheuvel, a retired windmill along the Amstel River, where he also offers nature-based coaching. www.weideheuvel.com

Dipti Vaidyanathan is a passionate sustainability professional working in the impact sector, encouraging European companies to source certified sustainable palm oil. Having lived across India, the Middle East, and Europe, she believes in the power of community to drive meaningful change. Guided by the belief that “every drop makes an ocean,” she is convinced that even small shifts in sustainable choices from each individual can have a massive impact. She gets her energy from connecting with people across countries and diverse backgrounds and believes that events are powerful platforms to spark collective action for sustainability.

Vinayak Soni is a software engineer by profession while keeping environmental sustainability always close to his heart. Having travelled and worked in multiple continents, he understands that each one of us has ideas worth listening to and feels that it is in the harmony of each of our voices that our planet can thrive.
Vinayak also loves to be in nature and be inspired to find solutions to our problems with nature based systems.

Krystal, Our Movement Sponsors

KRYSTAL are an award-winning, 100% renewably powered web hosting provider, with datacentres in the UK, US, & Europe. They are climate positive, and their approach centres on value, quality and transparency.

We are delighted to announce our partnership with Krystal (the UK's only B Corp web hosting/cloud provider), and welcome them on board as sponsors of the People, Planet, Pint events.

This means the first 10 drinks are on Krystal at every event, and has allowed us to invest and upscale the series to accelerate action on climate change.

Simon Blackler is the founder of KRYSTAL, and Co-Founder of MillionTreePledge.
