Air and Water Healing and Activation

The elements are conscious forces that exist both in nature and within us, each carrying their own medicine. Gaby holds a sacred container for an energy healing and activation, working primarily with air and water. The session begins with conscious breathing and fluid somatic movement to open the body and subtle energy. This is followed by a channeled elemental healing and activation. The experience concludes with a watercolor painting practice, allowing integration through creative expression.
