Spring Equinox Breathwork & Sound Journey

This experience weaves gentle movement, deep breathwork, and restorative sound meditation to support both activation and rest. Breathwork draws from traditional yogic practices alongside more contemporary, active approaches, creating space beneath the surface of the mind where insight can arise naturally. Through these practices, we begin to sense the seeds we have been planting, consciously and unconsciously, noticing what no longer serves and what wants to emerge. Sound supports integration, helping the body settle into what it already knows. Together, these practices invite clarity, alignment, and a felt sense of possibility as we move into the season ahead.
