Aerial Sound Bath: Edinburgh, 28th March 4.15-5.15pm

Reconnect with your body with Conscious Yoga and KOA Edinburgh. Allow your body to sink deep in the hammock as you feel the power of sound.

A movement-free aerial sound bath focused entirely on rest and relaxation.

You’ll be supported in the hammock from the start, allowing the body to fully let go while being immersed in soothing live sound. There is no physical practice in this session.

Suitable for most bodies.
Ideal if you’re new to sound baths, feeling low on energy, or simply craving deep rest. (Not suitable for pregnant people.)
