Aerial Sound Bath: Edinburgh, 28th March, 2.30-4pm

Reconnect with your body with Conscious Yoga and KOA Edinburgh. Allow your body to sink deep in the hammock as you feel the power of sound.

This extended aerial sound bath offers deep rest and nervous system down-regulation, with the option of very gentle, supported stretching at the beginning of the session.

You’ll be guided through slow, minimal movement using the hammock to softly open and release the body, before settling into stillness. The majority of the workshop is spent resting fully supported in the silks, immersed in a live sound journey.

Suitable for most bodies.
No previous aerial or sound bath experience required. (Not suitable for pregnant people.)

A spacious, deeply calming experience for those who want a very gentle grounded stretch before surrendering to rest.
