Annual convening hosting cross-sector audience to explore practices transforming our region into one of prevention, hope & healing for all.
Thank you for your interest in joining the 8th Annual Creating a Resilient Community Conference, presented by the Peace and Justice Institute and the Resilience Network.
Registrants have the opportunity to register for Day 1, Day 2, or the full conference.
Joins us for a transformative convening where science and the arts intersect to unlock creativity, healing, and resilience in Central Florida.
Through keynote sessions with renowned thought leaders, meaningful community dialogue, performances, and immersive artistic experiences, weβll explore how creative expression strengthens the brain, nurtures human connection, and promotes individual, workplace, and community well-being.
The topics this year are inspired by Your Brain on Art: How the Arts Transform Us by Susan Magsamen and Ivy Ross.

Day two will offer an assortment of workshops focused on knowledge acquisition and practical skill-building for cross-sectoral audiences including: Business, Child Welfare, Criminal Justice, Education, Faith, Government, Health/Wellness, Nonprofit, and Public Safety.
Workshops titles, descriptions, and timings will be shared in early March.
