Welcome to Gracefully Lis's Faith, Fitness & Fun: A Dance Workout for Women of God! Join us for an empowering space for women of God, where faith meets dance. This in-person gathering is designed to edify your spirit, strengthen your body, and create a safe, FUN space for women of God.

It's 313 Day Yall! In honor of my hometown, we will be gloryfing the Lord - Detroit Style!

Join us for a special 313 Day Dance Cardio Class, an upbeat workout inspired by Detroit’s iconic music culture and powerful dance energy. This class combines fun choreography, cardio movement, and Christian music from artist Detroit to get your heart pumping while building confidence and endurance & praising the Lord.

No dance experience needed — just come ready to move, sweat, and enjoy the music in a supportive, judgment-free, Holy Spirit filled space.
