Spring Reset: A Christian Sisterhood Stretch & Dance Experience

Welcome to Gracefully Lis's Faith, Fitness & Fun: A Dance Workout for Women of God! Join us for an empowering space for women of God, where faith meets dance. This in-person gathering is designed to edify your spirit, strengthen your body, and create a safe, FUN space for women of God.

This class blends gentle stretching, mobility work, and expressive dance movement to improve flexibility, increase circulation, and restore balance in both body and mind. Expect a supportive atmosphere where all levels are welcome — whether you’re looking to reset your routine, move with intention, or simply enjoy movement in a joyful way. THIS IS NOT A YOGA CLASS.

• Guided full-body stretching

• Light dance flow & rhythmic movement to Christian music of different genres

• Intentional, slow moments to reset and recharge

• A welcoming, uplifting environment filled with the Holy Spirit

Bring an exercise mat, knee pads, water bottle, and comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
