A Buddhist spiritual warrior aims “Not to do any evil; to embrace the good; to purify one’s mind”. During the 1-day retreat, we will examine how we can walk the noble eightfold path with courage, confidence, loving kindness & compassion.

Ayya Seri's Bio

Ayya Seri, who entered the monastic life as an Anagarika in 2002, received her Bhikkhuni Ordination in 2009 at Bodhinyana Monastery in Western Australia. Ayya Seri, together with her teacher Ayya Vayama, founded Patacara Bhikkhuni Hermitage in Perth, Western Australia in 2011. She had cared for Ayya Vayama for over a decade until her passing in 2021. Ayya Seri emphasises breath and loving-kindness meditations at the Hermitage where she currently serves as its Spiritual Director.
