Our ApproachOur organization addresses these challenges by fostering both inner and outer beauty through comprehensive programs focused on:Financial Literacy: Studies show that women often report lower confidence in financial matters than men. According to the Global Financial Literacy Excellence Center, only 30% of women worldwide are considered financially literate compared to 35% of men (Lusardi & Mitchell, 2020). Our financial literacy program equips women with the knowledge and skills needed to make informed financial decisions and achieve economic independence.Education: Research highlights that educational attainment significantly improves confidence and self-sufficiency in women (World Bank, 2018). Investing in women’s education not only enhances individual growth but also strengthens communities. Our organization provides workshops and mentorship programs that help women and young girls further their education and career development, as well as the opportunity to become published authors.Physical Fitness: Studies confirm that women who engage in regular physical activity experience higher self-esteem and lower depression rates (Women’s Sports Foundation, 2021). Our fitness programs promote positive body image and overall wellness through structured physical activities and health education.Spiritual Growth: According to a study by the Pew Research Center (2022), 67% of women seek spiritual guidance for emotional support compared to 48% of men. Spiritual growth fosters resilience and a sense of purpose. Our programs incorporate faith-based empowerment sessions and personal development workshops, and an annual conference to strengthen inner peace, faith, hope and foundation through biblical teaching. We offer the MakeOver Conference to for women to offer a space for spirital growth.Mental Health: Mental health support for women and young girls is essential, as they experience higher rates of anxiety and depression than men. Research shows that 19% of women suffer from a common mental disorder, compared to 12% of men. The crisis is even more severe for adolescent girls, with nearly 57% of U.S. teen girls reporting persistent sadness or hopelessness in 2021—marking a 60% increase over the past decade. Additionally, one in three girl’s experiences symptoms of depression, compared to one in ten boys. Our organization is committed to addressing this crisis by providing resources and financial assistance for counseling to those in need.
