Her catering experience includes work at the Leeds West Yorkshire Playhouse, private functions, parties, and funerals. She successfully ran a sold-out Guyanese tea room for over three years and continues to cater for outdoor events and cultural dates, sharing the richness of Guyanese food with every plate she serves.
