Rhonda brings over 30 years of experience cooking authentic Guyanese and Caribbean cuisine. Renowned for her baking, especially her much-loved sweet coconut loaf, and her traditional cassava roti, Rhonda’s food is rooted in culture, heritage, and bold Caribbean flavor. Her catering experience includes work at the Leeds West Yorkshire Playhouse, private functions, parties, and funerals. She successfully ran a sold-out Guyanese tea room for over three years and continues to cater for outdoor events and cultural dates, sharing the richness of Guyanese food with every plate she serves.
