Hello my name is Stefanie and I have had a passion forhot process soapmaking for many years and would love to let more people know about the pleasure and freedom that crafting your own soap can give you.I always try to make my workshops informative, varied and fun. No workshop is ever the same and will always have a seasonal twist that will ensure your soaps are always different every time.Slippery Cauldron Natural Soap Making workshops are a fully hands on experience for those wishing to gain a skill, learn about traditional crafts and meet like minded individuals. All equipment and ingredients are provided and you will leave the session with a large quantity of individually crafted soap of your own design.If you are looking for that elusive soap that you can never seem to find, want to make an informed choice and take control of what you put on your skin and would like to know more about this ancient process this is the experience for you!There will be some Adults only Melt and Pour sessions coming in 2026 for those not ready yet to take the leap into full process soap making.All Slippery Cauldron workshops are held at Prospect Mill in Hindley, Wigan.Prospect Mill was originally a weaving mill built in 1887. Due to the buildings age it has no lift access to the upper floor which means that there is currently *NO DISABLED ACCESS * to the 1st floor workshop. With this in mind; at the Slippery Cauldron are happy to join you at your venue if accessibility is an issue. This is by arrangement and may incur additional costs.
