She later trained in life coaching and NLP with The Coaching Academy, and has over a decade of experience in embodied practice, including more than 1,500 hours of yoga teacher training.Alongside her constellation work, Katie runs practical, accessible yoga courses in Bristol, designed to introduce people to the foundations of yoga practice in a grounded and realistic way.
