Joie en Cuisine was founded in 2025 by Evelyn Schichner and Lilly Milman. Our philosophy is simple: There should always be joy in your kitchen, even when it comes to learning complex French recipes. Our classes prioritize learning technique and understanding the why and how of French cuisine. Bakers of all levels are welcome to come learn, eat, and enjoy, whether it’s your first time holding a rolling pin or your hundredth.
