Jessie Ogienko, LCSW, CCTP is the founder and CEO of Caladrius Therapy, a Charlotte, NC–based group practice that has grown from a solo provider to a 23-clinician team serving over 1,000 clients annually. Caladrius Therapy is an NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider and offers high-quality, evidence-based training for therapists and mental health professionals.Through Caladrius Consulting, Jessie hosts practical, real-world trainings designed to bridge the gap between graduate education and clinical practice.
