His responsibilities have covered managing revenue/cost of site, planning, scheduling, earned value management, preparing and implementing physical progress measurement reports, unit price development and estimation.He also has expertise in many areas of Project Controls: Project management, Magnitude of Estimation, Scheduling (Primavera 17/MS Projects), Forensic Planning Analysis, Risk Analysis, Acumen Fuse/Risk, AutoCAD, Payroll, Cost Controlling, Financial Reporting, Purchasing, Inventory, Equipment Pricing, and industrial knowledge. As a way to further diversify his already impressive skill set, he has recently begun to develop mastery in forensic planning & consultant services for delay claims.
