Want a night out that nourishes your soul, leaves you feeling alive, and brings you back to center?

Join us for a deeply restorative evening of vinyasa yoga, a relaxing sound bath, and intentionally brewed tea in the Crenshaw area at The Narrative LA, a black woman owned event space in the center of Los Angeles.

OPTIONAL YOGA: Get ready to experience 30 minutes of vinyasa yoga that will calm your mind and body. This gentle flow will relax you and prepare you for the sound bath experience. All levels are welcome and mats will be provided. Led by Julianna Lacoste, a certified ashtanga vinyasa and vinyasa flow yoga teacher. Julianna is also a classically trained Irish dancer and animal lover.

SOUND: This event is curated by certified sound practitioner, Alice Moon, of Moon Soul Sound Baths. The sound bath will drift you into bliss as the soothing vibrations of meditative instruments wash over you.

TEA: Created with intention and guided by intuition, Karmic Fox Teas are crafted in collaboration with plant allies to support grounding and inner connection. This tea offering invites you into a moment of ritual- an intentional pause to soften, reflect, and return to self. Karmic Fox will also have unique tea offerings available for purchase on site.

For those who partake in broccoli (wink wink), there will be infused beverages available in-between yoga and the sound bath experience. All guests will receive a gift bag full of products to take home with them.

What to Expect:

• Mats will be provided for all attendees
• Pillows will be available for those who want to get extra cozy during the sound bath
• Every attendee will receive a sleep mask to wear and take home with them
• Attendees will receive a gift bag of goodies (see Instagram @moonsoulsoundbaths or DM for more information), valued at over $45

TIME: Please arrive at 8 pm. Yoga will be from 8:10 - 8:40 pm, Sound Bath will be from 8:45 to 9:35, and tea will be from 9:40-10 pm.
