Get Ready for Yoga Sculpt Session with Sophia at Love Yoga Leeds!

Love Yoga Sculpt is a strong, energising class using 1kg and 2kg dumbbells, grounded in yoga movement.

We always begin grounding, settling the nervous system, connecting to breath, and anchoring into the body. From there, the pace gradually builds as we start to move more quickly, work up heat, and build strength through flowing yoga sequences layered with light weights.

Expect mindful, dynamic movement that challenges your muscles while staying rooted in yoga principles. Every class ends in savasana, so you leave feeling strong, balanced, and restored.

This is strength training the Love Yoga way, intentional, supportive, and embodied. You’ll be guided to work at your own pace, take options, and move with awareness rather than force.
