Yoga and Connection with Sydney Working Holiday Girls

Come spend a peaceful morning with us at Prince Alfred Park for a 75-minute yoga flow with Alice. This gentle practice blends movement, mindfulness, and connection - the perfect way to unwind, recharge, and meet like-minded girls in a supportive space.

Meet our Yoga Teacher - Alice:

Hi everyone! My name is Alice and I very much look forward to running the next Yoga & Connection session and seeing all your lovely faces.

Originally from the UK, I moved to Australia 1 year ago. I fell in love with yoga at university and recently completely my 200hr YTT in Bali. I have particular interest in Vinyasa, Yin and Pranayama. Ultimately my goal of each session is to help everyone feel good in their bodies and provide some time to quieten your mind amid the chaotic world we live in now. Hopefully I’ll be seeing you on the mat soon🧘‍♀️❤️

The details:

How much? $15 + Eventbrite Booking Fee

Where? Prince Alfred Park, by the rainbow track (middle of the park)

What time? Arrive at 8:50am. At 9am, we will start the class with an introduction to get everyone mingling. The event ends approximately at 10.15pm

What to bring? Your yoga mat (or a towel), water. If cold please bring a jumper, if warm please bring a hat and sunscreen.

Who can come? This social is open to any girls who are, or want to be, a part of the Sydney Working Holiday Girls community. This event if for all levels, you dont need previous yoga experience to attend.

Will there be a group chat? Yes, an Instagram group chat will be made 24 hours prior to the event.

How many girls will be attending? We are capping the number at 15 girls for this event. This means it won’t feel too busy or big, and you’ll get a chance to get to know everyone!

• No refunds, however, you can transfer your ticket to someone else, or request to have your ticket transferred to a preferred date.

• Photos will be taken at this event to use on our social media. Please make us aware in the if you would not like to be in the photos.
