Are you running on empty? Feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed, or simply exhausted?

This 4-hour retreat is designed especially for people who need a pause — a safe, nurturing space to rest, release and restore.


🌿 What’s included:

•Face Massage - Indulge in a soothing face massage designed to release tension, stimulate lymphatic drainage, and activate acupressure points for deep relaxation

• Yin Yoga – slow, supported poses to gently release tension from body and mind

• Yoga Nidra – guided deep rest that soothes your nervous system and leaves you feeling recharged

• Hot Tub & Sauna – warmth, comfort, and space to melt away stress

• A Small, Intimate Group – limited to 8 guests for a cosy, personal experience


This is not about pushing harder or doing more. It’s about slowing down, softening, and giving your tired body and mind the care they deserve.
