🌸 About the Event

Women of Impact is an intimate, thought-provoking conversation centered on the realities of womanhood, leadership, and self-determination.

This gathering creates space for honest dialogue about the structures women are often expected to fit into — and the pathways many have had to carve for themselves instead.

The theme “Sugar, Spice, & When Not to Play Nice” explores the tension between expectation and authenticity.

Women are often encouraged to be agreeable, nurturing, and accommodating. Yet real progress frequently requires boundary-setting, bold decision-making, and the courage to disrupt the status quo.

This conversation honors both:
The softness
The strength
The strategy
The self-advocacy

It takes to navigate personal, professional, and community spaces as a woman.

This is not a lecture.
It’s a dialogue.

🎤 Host & Moderator

The conversation will be guided by Kanei Taylor, Author and Emcee, who brings warmth, energy, and intention to every space she holds. As a storyteller and communicator, Kanei creates room for truth, reflection, and meaningful exchange.
