About This Event

Forest Bathing- Nature-Based Rituals-Journaling-Women's Circle- Nature Altars, Tea Ritual- Sensory Tea Practice

As the land begins to stir from winter’s rest, the Spring Equinox invites a moment of balance, renewal, and gentle awakening. This seasonal gathering offers a grounded and nourishing space to welcome the energy of spring, celebrating growth, emergence, and the return of light. Created for wild-hearted women, the day invites connection with self, community, and the living earth through thoughtful rituals and shared practices that honour the turning of the season.

What to Expect:

Forest Bathing: Breathe deeply, walk mindfully, and let the serene embrace of the forest soothe your soul. This mindful connection with nature invites grounding and renewal.

Outdoor Earth Altars
Experience outdoor earth altars held within the natural environment. This land-centered ritual practice invites connection with place, honoring reciprocity, intention, and relationship with the land as a living presence.

Journaling & Reflection: Guided prompts will help you explore themes of balance, rebirth, and intention-setting as you welcome the light and nurture new growth.

Tea Ritual & Spring Awakening
Gather for a seasonal tea ritual that honors the quiet shift from winter toward spring. Through warming herbal infusions and shared presence, this ritual invites stillness, reflection, and gentle intention-setting, creating space to attune to renewal, possibility, and the subtle stirrings of the season.
