What to Expect

Forest Bathing Walk
Begin with a guided forest bathing walk through private woodland. This gentle, meditative walk supports grounding and presence, helping you slow your pace, settle your body, and connect with the environment through sensory awareness.

Nature Connection Practice
Following the walk, you’ll be guided through a nature connection practice that invites you to deepen your relationship with the natural environment. Through simple prompts and quiet observation, you’ll be supported to listen, notice, and respond to the landscape in a personal way, strengthening your sense of connection and belonging.

Seasonal Journaling & Reflection
You’ll be offered guided journaling prompts connected to the themes of the Autumn Equinox. This practice creates space to consider what you are ready to release, what you want to carry forward, and how you wish to meet the season ahead.

Earth Altars
Work with natural materials to create simple earth altars that reflect the qualities of the season. This hands-on practice supports connection with the land and offers a tangible way to acknowledge balance, transition, and intention.

Women’s Circle
Gather in a supportive circle for shared conversation and listening. This space encourages connection, mutual support, and being witnessed within a respectful and grounded community.

Autumn Tea Ritual: A Sensory Practice
Close the gathering with a guided autumn tea ritual focused on sensory awareness. Through attention to taste, warmth, and scent, this practice supports integration and presence, offering a calm and grounding way to complete the experience.
