Whittington Sound Bath – Deep Relaxation & Rest

Join us for a relaxing Sound Bath at Whittington Church Hall, offering a gentle and immersive experience of sound and vibration to support deep rest and relaxation.

During the session, you will be guided into a comfortable lying or seated position while a range of instruments, including gongs and singing bowls, are played to create flowing waves of sound. These sounds help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and help release built-up tension.

No experience is needed. This session is suitable for anyone looking to unwind, reduce stress, or enjoy a peaceful evening of wellbeing in a warm, safe indoor space.

What to Bring / Who It’s For

Please bring:

• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on

• A blanket and cushion for warmth and support

• Water if needed

You may lie down or remain seated throughout the session.

This sound bath is suitable for adults of all ages and is ideal for anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, poor sleep, or simply wanting to relax and reset.
