About the Training:

WERQ Fitness is the fiercely fun dance fitness workout based on pop and hip-hop music. With over 1,500 pre-choreographed routines in the online WERQ library, you’ll create playlists that inspire and energize your participants. We create the choreo, you create the magic! During this certification, you’ll learn to teach safe, effective, and dynamic group dance fitness classes while mastering WERQ-specific methods and concepts.

The day includes two required exams to join the WERQforce, gain your WERQ license, and access the official choreography library.

1. Muscle Quiz - You'll be given a study guide to prepare in advance of training.
2. 20-Question Review - this is an open-book, multiple choice exam about key concepts in your manual. A digital copy of the manual will be supplied in advance.

Continuing Education Credits:

This course has been approved for 0.8 AFAA CEUs, 0.8 NASM Credits, and 0.8 ACE CECs.

WERQforce Membership:

WERQ is a pre-choreographed, and trademarked format. Licensed WERQ Instructors must maintain an active WERQforce membership to stay licensed and access choreography. Membership is $175/year or $18/month with a 30-day FREE trial. You'll be given an access code upon course completion and invited to join our WERQforce!
