Website Work Day

When was the last time you updated your website?

We get it. Running our own businesses is a lot of work - who has time to work on our own sites? What if we committed to it....together? On March 11th, join your friends and future friends at Collective Chemistry for Website Work Day, a day of designated work-time, plus audits, Q&A's, workshops, and live support from local experts.

10am - 10:30am | Coffee, donuts, gentle site sharing with other attendees. Kendall will lead a short discussion where we set up our goals for the day, as well as our sticky spots.

10:30am - 11:30am | Shane Griffiths of Clarity Online will start us off with some live website audits. Be brave! These audits will spark lots of ideas for you as you attack your sites, with plenty of time for a Q&A for anything that didn't get covered.

11:30am - 1pm | Lunch Time Crunch Time - get down to work on your sites. Bounce ideas off of each other, or take advantage of a quiet space to really focus in.

1pm - 2pm | Amy Weiss of Local Summer will lead us through a fun, engaging workshop on all things branding. Is your message getting across? Does your site feel consistent with your offerings and vibes? There will be more time to put your site up for a live audit, oh we are so brave.

2pm - 4pm | Final push! By now you're probably a pro, but if not, Kelly Nowels from Pocketknife Design will be on site to answer all your Squarespace-specific questions (and probably all your non-Squarespace questions, if we're being real).

4pm - Happy Hour!

Sip a local bevvie and share your hard work with your new friends - or slam that computer shut and enjoy the company of other freelancers without sites on the brain!

Not done working? Grind on! We’ll kick you out eventually but we’d never want to throw off your groove.
