Held monthly, the Night Market features a rotating lineup of South Florida vendors offering handcrafted goods, artwork, jewelry, specialty foods, and other locally made finds. Each market also includes interactive experiences such as hands-on workshops, creative sessions, pop-up games, and cultural programming designed to encourage connection, creativity, and discovery.

Live music and performances set the tone for an easygoing evening, while visitors are invited to stroll, shop, and participate at their own pace. Optional add-on activities may be available during select markets.

The Vizcaya Village Night Market takes place on scheduled evenings throughout the season, with new vendors and programming featured each month.

This month, join us for a special Friendship‑Forward Night Market celebrating El Día del Amor y la Amistad, a tradition observed across Latin America that honors both romantic and platonic love while also celebrating Black History Month through vibrant Afro‑inspired music and cultural expression.

Because Valentine’s Day is about more than romantic love, we’re partnering with We Met in Miami to host an evening of platonic friendship matching—powered by the viral Matchbox personality‑based software.

🎨 Add‑On Workshop: Weaving with Found Objects — $10

Create a unique wall‑hanging using natural and reclaimed materials. A great hands‑on activity for all levels. Led by Veronica Buitron(she/her): Veronica Buitron is a Miami-based designer and educator specializing in natural dyes and sustainable textiles. She discovered her passion for natural dyes while pursuing her BFA at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and furthered her knowledge with the mentoring of Peruvian dyers. Since 2016, Veronica has taught natural dyeing workshops to artisans in Ecuador and textile enthusiasts in Miami. In March 2020, she released her first book, which focuses on native dye plants from her home country of Ecuador.

Demo & workshop blending movement, music, and Afro‑Brazilian cultural arts.

Live original folk music with rich vocals and introspective lyricism.

7:00 PM – Inez Barlatier
Caribbean/Ayisyen folk music infused with storytelling and traditional rhythms.

8:00 PM – Jíbarē
A genre‑bending DJ set rooted in deep house and Afro rhythms—crafted to move bodies and lift spirits.

Visitor Information:
Guests should enter through the parking lot off South Miami Avenue while restoration work continues in Vizcaya Village.

Farmers Market access does not include entry to the east side of the property where the Main House and gardens are located. To purchase museum admission, please visit Vizcaya.org/welcome.

Can I bring my dog or pet?

Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome at the market. Owners are expected to clean up after their dog and supervise them throughout their stay on property.

Pets are not permitted on the east side of the property where the Main House and gardens are located.

Is the market FREE? Why should I register?

Yes, the market is free and open to the public. We encourage everyone to register online to help us track attendance for social distancing purposes. By registering, you are also able to receive updates about the market, such as updated vendor lists and special offers and discounts.

What does the market include?

By visiting the Vizcaya Village Farmers Market, you get access to shop from a variety of local, artisanal vendors in one spot. You also get the exclusive opportunity to explore Vizcaya Village for free. Built between 1914 and 1916, the Village is currently only open to the public during the market.

Can I visit the Main House and gardens for FREE?

No, entry to the Main House and gardens on the east side of the property is not included with market access. This portion of the estate requires the purchase of museum admission. Tickets can be reserved online.

I'm a Vizcaya member. Do I get a discount?

Yes, Vizcaya members get 10% off purchases at the market. Just show your member ID.
