Vibes Not Valentines - A Heart-Opening Pop-Up Sound Healing Event

You’re invited to a beautiful heart-opening sound healing experience THIS SATURDAY!

This special pop-up session is an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect. Imagine 60 minutes of feeling completely and utterly at peace as you are taken on a magical journey of sound bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and more! Sit or lay back and allow the sounds to let you fall into a lower state of consciousness, naturally shifting your body into deep relaxation. Through the soothing resonance and grounding sound frequencies, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative state where the nervous system unwinds and the heart gently opens.

We’re also celebrating something new. Step inside the beautiful new studio space at Breathe Stretch Float - home to SA's first and only Himalayan Salt Cave - and be among the first to experience its calm, cocoon-like energy. A place intentionally created for slowing down, breathing deeper, and coming back home to yourself.

This is not about romance or doing more. It’s about remembering that love begins with the self. When you arrive, you are already enough. And for this gathering, we celebrate each and every being who chooses to show up, exactly as they are.

Sound Therapy is effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation, but it also has a way of moving through blockages in the body. It has been known to help treat such conditions as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders and pain, and is beneficial for children suffering from anxiety as it helps to regulate their nervous system by bringing their body and mind into a deep state of relaxation where healing can take place. In addition to these benefits, you can all expect improved sleep and immune function.

Everyone receives a beautiful rose quartz crystal to take home with them and the opportunity to purchase my gorgeous pure rose oil all the way from Egypt that's not even on sale to the general public as yet - you get it first!

What to bring
* bolster or rolled up thick towel for under your knees (only a limited number available)
* water
* warm blanket
* thick socks (as temperature can drop during sound healing)
* eye pillow (only limited number available)
* a journal (should you wish to spend some time afterwards for reflection)

Please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the session as it will strictly commence at 2pm.

IMPORTANT: participation in any form of sound therapy is not recommended during your first trimester of pregnancy. If you suffer from epilepsy, seizures, bi-polar, clinical depression or any serious mental health conditions, please advise prior to booking.

Please note: there are no refunds for 'no-shows', if you are late and the session has already started or for change of mind. You may transfer your ticket to someone else (for that session only) if you cannot attend on the day with prior arrangement with the organiser.
