Take a seat at the Brewer's Table, where our brewing experts will guide you through an exclusive food a beer pairing experience

Join us for a night of delicious food and craft beer at Great Lakes Brewpub! Our Brewer's Dinner is the perfect event for beer enthusiasts and foodies alike.

Tickets are $50 and include:

4 delicious dishes
4 x 11oz beers to pair perfectly
A guided tasting of each

PAIRINGS FOR THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 12TH, 2025
There will be a will be an MC and beer guide for the evening, explaining each pairing in detail and answering any beer questions you have along the way.

Arrive between the hours of 630-645 to get your seat. Everything will kick off at 7PM.

COURSE 1: ZUCCHINI BLOSSOM WITH GRILLED KALE MAYO
Zucchini blossom stuffed with ricotta and gruyere cheese, lightly coated with Canuck beer batter, and deep fried.?Served with grilled kale mayo.

Witbier with Strawberries, Raspberries, Orange Zest, & Hibiscus

COURSE 2: SALMON TNT
Smoked salmon brushed with honey and truffle oil, topped with Masago. Served on a pillow cracker filled with sweet cream cheese.

COURSE # 3: PASTA AL LIMONE
Pasta tossed in lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, butter, sage, and parmesan. Finished with grated cured egg and fried sage.
