Join us for a 60-minute Salt Cave Sound Bath Meditation in the serene glow of Earth Salt Stone’s salt cave. Reclined in zero gravity chairs, you’ll be surrounded by the healing atmosphere of halotherapy while immersed in the calming tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sound instruments.

This unique evening experience combines two powerful wellness modalities—sound therapy and halotherapy (salt therapy)—to support your body and mind in releasing stress and finding balance.

While sound baths are generally safe for most people, individuals with certain medical conditions—such as severe mental health disorders, epilepsy, or a history of deep vein thrombosis (DVT)—should consult with their healthcare provider before participating. Pregnant women are also encouraged to seek medical advice prior to attending a session.

Sound baths may produce monaural beats; if you are prone to seizures, you should check with your physician. If you wear a cochlear implant, please let your sound facilitator know. If you have sensory sensitivities, please contact Adriana to discuss options. Results may vary from person to person.

Plan to arrive 10 minutes early to settle into your spot. Due to the nature of this experience, no late entries will be permitted—no entry past 6:00 pm. Please do not knock.
