UK's Strongest Man 2026 Live!, Saturday 8th August 2026. It's Semi Finals Day as the athletes battle it out for a place in Sunday's Final. Nominated for 'Best Sports Entertainment Programme' at the Broadcast Sports awards, this family friendly, high octane show comes to Scotland for the first time with jaw dropping Strongman events, epic pyrotechnics and much more.
