This tour starts at Wyndham Social and ends at Bookazine Tai Kwun for a short discussion and book buying opportunity. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to enhance your smartphone photography skills, this workshop is designed for everyone who wants to capture the spirit of the city.

- Explore Iconic locations: We’ll stroll along Hollywood Road, stopping at some of the most Instagram-worthy hotspots. Get ready to capture the unique blend of modern art and historical architecture that defines this area.

- Learn the Art of Composition: Discover essential composition techniques to elevate your photography. We’ll cover framing, angles, and the rule of thirds, helping you take your shots from ordinary to extraordinary.

- Master Storytelling Through Images: Photography is more than just taking pictures—it's about telling a story. Learn how to convey emotions and narratives through your photos, making them resonate with your audience.

- Maximize Your Smartphone Camera: Your smartphone is a powerful tool! We’ll explore tips and tricks to make the most of its features, including lighting adjustments, shooting modes, and editing apps, ensuring you capture stunning images every time.


*This session is conducted bilingually in Cantonese and English.

*Those aged under 15 must be accompanied by a guardian.

About the Speaker:

Joyce Yung is a professional photographer and producer based in Hong Kong. She graduated from Cornell University and worked in the financial industry before picking up her camera full time. She specializes in portraiture and natural lifestyle photography. She was featured as one of the Top 100 Photographers From Around the World 2016, by Shutterstock.
